These areas are all marked in green, yellow and blue (yellow and blue are sent on overnight vehicles, see below). These are the areas that we cover using our own vehicles thus falling under our £36 standard delivery charge and one man delivery service. We have set days that we deliver to different areas, these days are non-negotiable unless you want us to use a courier service which will be at your own cost.
OVERNIGHT VEHICLE DELIVERIES (2 DAY VANS)
These areas are marked in yellow and light blue. The vans that we send to these areas are 2 day runs meaning your delivery could come on either of the 2 days specified to you upon placing your order. We will text you the evening before your delivery (you MUST provide us with a mobile number for this service) and the driver will also call you 1 hour prior on the day of delivery to give you a more accurate timing of when you can expect your goods to arrive. As your goods could turn up on either of the 2 days specified someone must be on site all day.
These areas are marked in red. We currently have no way of getting goods to these areas however if you are able to find a shipping/ courier company that are able to make the journey then you can always arrange for goods to be collected from us. YOU MUST NOTIFY US BEFOREHAND!

The matrix above is to be used as a guide only! You should always give us a call before placing your order to A. make sure we do actually deliver to your address and B. receive a more accurate expected delivery date.
ASSISTING THE DRIVER
All of our deliveries are 1 man and to kerbside only. You will have to ensure that there is at least 1 able bodied person at the delivery address to help the driver offload your worktops.
Please ensure that a fire engine sized vehicle will have easy access to the delivery address you’ve provided. We ask that you try and account for vehicles parked either side of the road on the day.
Please note we do not advise booking your fitter in until you have everything you’ve ordered in your possession and in perfect condition. This is to avoid any unforeseen delays especially if your fitter is ready to start work.
Please ensure you report any damages to our sales and customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will endeavour to rectify any issues as soon as possible.

Disclaimer: You tick a box before placing your order to say that you have read all of the information on this page. How do your deliveries work?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email within a couple of hours confirming your expected delivery date. You will need to confirm whether this delivery date is okay for you or not.
From there you will receive a text message* the day before your delivery giving you a 2 hour timeslot of when you can expect to see your worktops, it must be noted that this 2 hour timeslot is a guide based on our best given information at the time, we cannot help it if there is traffic or bad weather conditions.
Our driver will call you 1 hour prior to delivery to confirm that at least 1 able bodied person will be on site to help him offload the worktops.
*You will only receive a text message and call from the driver if you have provided us with a mobile telephone number
How long should I expect my delivery to take?
Stock items are generally available for all local* areas next day, all other postcodes are within 2-7 working days. Delivery lead times may vary dependent on stock availability, please call us to check availability before placing your order.
*Local areas are classed as the following postcodes:SK, M, BB, BL, OL, W, WA, CW
Can I choose a delivery date?
Unfortunately choosing your delivery date is not a service we can offer at this moment in time. If however you receive your expected delivery date and you want it later then we can arrange this providing your delivery is arranged for a day that one of our trucks is going to your area.
Can you please leave my worktops in my garage/ garden/ driveway etc.
The short answer for this is NO and for many reasons. The main ones being there must be at least 1 able bodied person on site on the day of delivery to help the driver offload your worktops, and we must have a signature to say that your worktops have been delivered and checked. We will deliver your worktops to a friend or neighbour if it is necessary but they will have to abide by our full delivery terms and conditions which can be found by clicking here.
